4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Charges: Flat Rs.200 per order.

• Delivery is generally completed within the timeframe specified at checkout.

• Easeshopping.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

• We use reliable courier partners such as PostEx to deliver orders.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Easy 7 Days Returns: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

• Certain items may not be eligible for returns (e.g., personalized or perishable items) – if applicable, this will be mentioned on the product page.

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, the order will follow the standard return process.
